This month Justin started running and we both started eating better. So far, its great! Yes its only been a month but they say after two weeks is habit right? We both feel better about ourselves, that's for sure. After Christmas we were in a definite rut. Thank goodness we are getting back to normal.
Bowen is getting so big!!! He doesn't like to lay down at all. He is always trying to sit up himself so he can see. And he is holding his own toys now. He hasn't really gotten the concept of grabbing it, but if you give it to him, he will play with it. He knows Justin and I now, and will follow us around the room. He has developed a little attitude already when he doesn't get what he wants. He likes to kick! Overall, he's the best baby around. He has some "allergies" right now. The dr says babies can't get allergies but I don't believe it. He is snotty in the morning and his eyes are watery. but later in the day, he is fine.
